Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Crosscourt Reset website and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Crosscourt Reset is a tactical training product for competitive tennis players. It uses information you provide (your name, email, UTR range, and a short description of a pattern you keep losing to) together with AI systems to generate a personalized written reset and related materials.

2. Not coaching, not medical advice

The Service is informational and educational. It is not personal coaching, sports medicine, physical therapy, or medical advice. Do not rely on it for injury, medical, or safety decisions. Consult a qualified professional for those.

3. AI-generated content

The reset you receive, and any chatbot replies offered now or in the future, are produced in whole or in part by AI models. The output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for judging whether to act on it. Your inputs and the resulting outputs are processed by us and by the AI providers we use to deliver the Service.

4. Your account and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and not share your account. You may delete your account at any time from the My Resets page, which removes your profile, saved resets, and lead records on file.

5. Payments and cancellation

All payments for subscriptions and voice minute top-ups are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of your current paid period and you will not be billed again. Unused minutes, messages, or sessions do not carry over past the end of the paid period.

If you believe you were charged twice for the same item, or you see a charge you did not authorize, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate. Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges are eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount only.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm anyone.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service, or to access data that is not yours.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish Service content without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Crosscourt Reset name, book, written framework, methodology, and site design are owned by the author and licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the resets and materials generated for you. You do not receive any ownership of the underlying framework.

8. Communications and consent

When you submit the intake form, you consent to us processing the information you provide using AI systems and storing it as described in our Privacy Policy. If you opt in to marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosscourt Reset and its author will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number above and, where appropriate, a notice in the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Venue for any dispute will lie in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
