Privacy Policy

This Policy describes what Crosscourt Reset collects when you use the website and services at crosscourtreset.com (the "Service"), why we collect it, how it is stored, how AI is involved, and the choices you have. By using the Service you consent to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Crosscourt Reset is an independent tennis-training product. For data questions: privacy@crosscourtreset.com.

2. What we collect

  • Information you provide on the intake form: your name, email, optional UTR range, and the short description of the pattern you want help with.
  • Account information when you sign up: email and hashed password (we never see your plaintext password), plus any profile fields you choose to save.
  • Resets you generate: the inputs (slider answers, UTR, question) and the AI-generated output (diagnosis, protocol, remedy) saved against your account so you can return to them.
  • Consent records: the time you accepted these terms, the version, your IP address, and your browser identifier. We store this as proof of consent.
  • Email engagement: whether transactional emails were delivered, bounced, or were unsubscribed.
  • Basic technical data: server logs (IP, browser identifier, request paths) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. How AI is involved

The reset you receive and any coach-style chat replies are generated by AI models. When you submit the intake form or chat with a coach, your name, UTR range, slider selections, and the text you write are sent to Google Gemini (for reset generation and chat) and, when you use voice, to ElevenLabs (for spoken coach responses). Those providers process your input under their own data terms in order to return a response to us. We then store the generated reset and conversation on your account.

We do not sell your data to AI providers, and we do not allow them to use your inputs to train public foundation models where that option is available to us. Voice conversations are logged and stored in your account so you can review them later.

4. How we use what we collect

  • To generate, save, and let you return to your resets.
  • To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, your reset PDF).
  • To send marketing emails only if you opted in at the intake form.
  • To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

5. Who we share with

  • Infrastructure providers that host the website, database, and email pipeline. They process data on our behalf under their security and confidentiality terms.
  • AI providers that generate your reset and any future chat responses, as described above.
  • Authorities when we are legally required to respond (subpoena, court order, regulator request).

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

6. How long we keep it

Account data and saved resets stay until you delete your account. Anonymous lead and email logs are kept for up to 24 months for analytics and deliverability. Consent records are kept as long as needed to evidence the consent.

7. Your rights and choices

  • Access and deletion: from the My Resets page you can delete your account, which removes your profile, saved resets, and matching lead records.
  • Marketing opt-out: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us.
  • Other requests (correction, copy of your data, objection): email privacy@crosscourtreset.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We use industry-standard hosting and access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level access policies on user data. No system is perfectly secure. Report a vulnerability or suspected breach to privacy@crosscourtreset.com.

9. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you understand your data will be processed in the United States and in other jurisdictions where our providers operate, in accordance with applicable US federal and state laws.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The version above changes when we do. Material changes will be highlighted in-product where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
